@ShadowWizard, the problem was, when I clicked on chat notification, the App crashed.
I had removed Google App from my Android, then installed DuckDuckGo instead. My guess is as DuckDuckGo is not recognized as a browser app, SE app didn't find a valid internet browser.
I installed a valid browser app, and now I can click on chat notifications without crashing.

@Bebs huh, that's true... but the Google App is integral part on android device, didn't know one can remove it.

Unless you mean the browser app? (Chrome)

I removed both after rooting my phone

I tried to not be Google dependent, finding lighter equivalent apps

The app is also using some internal Chrome viewer to show external sites in the app itself.

I also like experimenting stuff, crashing phones :)
