@Bebs it actually is. After one cigarette, you get urge of coffee/tea more than anything else. But, after one cup of coffee/tea, I don't get urge of cigarette for few hours. Hence 3 small cups a day are good enough for me

@Bebs that's the golden rule. I just played with hierarchy a bit and got positive results ;)

@ShadowWizard naa, I just picked up the habit couple of months back. But, I am already on track to get rid of it. Though, I (love to) smoke occasionally (like when I drink)

@DroidDev no, I mean bring a can of instant coffee and put in some drawer, bring milk and put if fridge, etc.

@DroidDev hmm.... well, my father died due to smoking (or so I was told, I was 8 years old), so that pretty much caused me to avoid smoking at all costs.

@ShadowWizard never thought of that. Will have to look for ingredients in market. But, once I stop getting urge to smoke, I won't need that either. But, it sounds cool :)

@ShadowWizard I am smoking since I was 18-19, but I only picked habit recently. Until then, I was just "I smoke when I drink" guy. Also, the most I smoke is one cigarette a day (until I am not drinking)
