@berserk not used it that much, but I still think it doesn't have very good debugger tool as that of eclipse. Though, maybe its because lack of my knowledge
I also find gradle build system pretty hectic. Its kinda difficult to understand...In eclipse, building was easier
in any case...next project I take up, I'll develop it in AS. Hopefully, I'll do it while sitting with you in your company over the weekend(if its ok), so that I don't have much difficulty while starting it @berserk
@berserk haha, no, its my friend's bike...and even if it was mine, I'd go bankrupt while putting fuel in it for 400 kms of journey and then its above 40 degrees outside...so...bus is better
@berserk no, such bot must first be "fed" with actual last word when it's initiated, then monitor all messages, and watch for a message which is direct reply to that last word message. (then of course update its internal "last message" ID etc)
@ShadowWizard oh, lol, actually I said sorry because I was embarrassed that I didn't notice such a trivial thing in exporting and importing data of that simulator....
sorry was actually for that
and not for the ping
anyway....I am still dancing....Imac is just awesome
only one wire and that's connected to my monitor cum CPU

I played with the idea of making something of my own, might still do it at some point. ;)
Problem is that these days the Den has lots of non-WAG stuff which is of course good, but then it's hard to dig for last WAG word every time and since bot usually catch single word replies in the middle, the >>lastword command is not helpful.
what if a word is removed, bot just automatically sets its latest word to previous latest word?
I don't think its that difficult
and if members keep deleting messages that are out of WAG chain, there are more chances of chain being preserved if bot just revert backs to last latest word
@DroidDev Now I finally have the excuse that it's an exam period xD
However, it's not as trivial as you think. I have to change the int into a list, listen to a delete event and remove an item from a list if appropriate.
but that's not much needed I think. Because, as soon as a word out of chain is posted and bot replies to it, we delete it and it reverts back to last word in chain
@DroidDev usually, but sometimes the word slips through unnoticed, especially when two users are engaged in a quick 1-1 chat. It will indeed fix ~70% of the failures, but still won't be 100%
Also, when new users arrive, they're unaware of the bot and how to handle those things... we need to think about the future ;)
All in all, this would be a welcome change, but with @Pro busy.... well, not critical. :)
@DroidDev For two reasons actually: 1. There have been a few times we deleted ~5 messages due to a small chainbreak, and I want my bot to handle those too. 2. I think using a list is less complicated than two variables, actually.
