@ShadowWizard no, actually its quite opposite, I live in water rich place. "Punjab" is made from two words "Punj"+"aab" means a land of five rivers. But now partitioned so much, only three of them flow from it. But, still too much water. Its one of main wheat supplying state of India.

Even with no rain, we can supply water to all of our crops, with full supply of underground water

In case a girl is pregnant before she's 18, a judge can allow a marriage as well.
