Q: Hot Network Question on feed is refreshed too aggressively on Android app

The SE Android app (v1.0.85 beta) refreshes the Hot Network Question (HNQ) on the feed too aggressively. Steps to reproduce: Open the SE app and wait until it displays the feed with HNQ on the top. Scroll down until the HNQ is hidden, then scroll up to the HNQ without triggering pull-to-refres...

@AndrewT. not intended. I've noticed the refresh control unexpectedly appear while scrolling. Could be related. Will debug.

Has the CSS been changed in the Android app? Neither code nor quote blocks have background colouring, and block quotes are much more indented than before

Seen on 84 and 85

Dunno whether to call it a bug - the functionality is there, it just looks different

@muru Yeah, I noticed it too on quote block, but the code block is fine (albeit slightly different design) on me

@muru yes, it's still gray, but lighter, and now with rounded corner and horizontal scrollbar on the bottom
