You have semicolon ; after for() before bracket. remove it
so
for ($i=0; $i<count($picnameoutput); $i++); {
echo "$picnameoutput[$i]";
}
becomes
for ($i=0; $i<count($picnameoutput); $i++) {
echo "$picnameoutput[$i]";
}
however I would recommend to use this instead
