@AndreasmovedtoCodidact "You're talking to the undisputed NLN comment deleter champion on SO! :p" - no, the undisputed comment delete champion is Sam
I was on track to deleting 1.1-1.2M comments in 2023. There was one year Sam deleted 6 million comments
I could probably pull similar numbers with higher accuracy if I fully automated the process, but that would get me bonked by SE, Inc., who hate automation, unless it's genAI they implemented. Outright hypocrites
like, seriously, I have a backlog of around 1.5-2 million functionally guaranteed NLN comments I could delete right now if I could fully automate it. instead, when I do delete comments, I have to do a bare minimum manual review to not get bonked by SE
@AndrasDeak--СлаваУкраїні No, I'm just carefully skirting around the automation rules. I estimate there's around 20-40 million comments that could be deleted
Aside the pin, I have one on my keychain, and a couple stickers. The stickers are a bit harder to bite though, largely because they're placed too far from the edge of large, metal surfaces, such as my computer case
For the record, this is the driver manager. It automatically detects both devices that need special drivers, and the available drivers. The drivers in that list are mostly not part of the ubuntu/LM package repos - it's sourced from the graphics-drivers PPA
I've never had anything other than nvidia cards in the driver manager, but it's fantastic. It didn't work with the graphics-driver PPA until Mint 22 (Ubuntu 24.04), though I can't rule out that being a skill issue
