@RocketNikita you were literally abusing the privileges of a Room Owner (aka kicking a bot from the room). That raised an auto flag which is why the room was frozen.

In other words, you did abuse the RO privileges, which is why they destroyed the entire room.

I think that the culture of our room was in general, a room for abuse. Kicking chatbots, spamming, etc. Looking at it that way, it's better if we get a fresh start.

Sure, it was not part of our room's culture, but certain members of that room made it so.

By etc. I refer to mass pinging. Again, it was certain members of the room who kept doing it, even if it was against the rules.

@10Rep It's not against the rules if someone agrees to it, it's just against the rules to do it to someone who doesn't want it, and we'd always stop if someone said they didn't like it.

A moderator complained against it, so why didn't it stop?

Also I was looking through the transcript of the Tavern, and I don't get why you were kick muted.

Mass pinging isn't allowed if the user asks for it to stop. I asked people to stop it but I would still have some random pings in my inbox.

Hi, I recognize that the Cafe being frozen is upsetting, but please do not flag Tinkeringbell's message about the removal of some ROs here as spam or offensive... Because it's not.

The context of both of those messages was born out of the original conversation therein, and they're... Not offensive. They're not personal attacks against Rocket or Tech. It's a moderator handling abuse of RO privileges. They are privileges, after all. They're revoked if you misuse them... And after multiple attempts to reign the abuse of those tools in, the use of them was restricted (by freezing the room)

Trying to get others to flag a message you don't agree with is... Also kind of abusive.

I'm going to step back here as this is clearly beginning to get out of hand and let someone else handle it. I would advise you to reconsider your current course, though. Please.

Just a gentle reminder that Chat SE is not your and anyone's playground. Fun is allowed as long as it doesn't cross the line. Also, freezing the whole problematic chat room is allowed (and has happened before on a larger scale), so, try not to repeat it.
