Looking at initialized and made_available
data.stackexchange.com/stackoverflow/query/1851434 I kind of reversengineer that there must have been 7 jobs running in parallel process a single site for the refresh. Following each made_available time and the next closest initialized indicates which job was involved. That worked till 1:43 and then restarted an hour later with just one job.
