I have noticed that the accepted answer to "How can I search my comments using some keyword(s)?" uses UPPER(Text) LIKE UPPER('%##CommentText##%'), too.. (Here is a link to the current revision.) — Martin 3 mins ago
In a recent question it is recommended both in the accepted answer and in some comments to use COLLATE rather than UPPER(Text) LIKE UPPER('%##CommentText##%'). (It seems that this might be a problem mainly on bigger sites where the Comments table is large.) — Martin 50 secs ago

Anyone know how I can make sure that a query result is sortable by the different columns? I'm not getting the sort options if I take out the ORDER BY clause, but I'd like it to be sortable by either the view count or the creation date. (I resorted to an ORDER BY ##ColumnID## DESC for the moment but I'd prefer to have the results themselves just easily sortable.)

This isn't exactly what you want, but still probably worth mentioning that if you have 5000 or less results, you can sort the results by clicking on the corresponding column. There are also these feature requests: Add sortable columns to Data Explorer's query results and Why can't I sort SEDE results for some queries?
If I use the same query but restrict it to 5000 results then I can click on any column to sort the results accordingly. (It no longer works if I have 5001 results.)
@Martin yep
Let's hope somebody around here can offer you some better advice.
Hopefully :) Restricting it to 5k might work, but that makes it more annoying to keep tabs on the total numbers. I was hoping to get everything into one query instead of two or three.
