The answers here are outdated, right: Query bounties set by specific user?
AFAICT for VoteTypeId=9, the UserId is populated, too.
I mean this part of one of the answers:
> The SEDE, data dump, and API do not disclose who started the bounty (all voters except for favoriters are hidden), so you cannot use these methods.
It would be nice to have UserId also for VoteTypeId=9. (So that we know which user awarded a bounty to whom.)
