Is there any query that can look for sites that have multiple users with the same exact name in the top page of users?

I just noticed this on one site, and I'm curious if it is common.

@Alex you could do a CTE with topusers as (select top 100 * from users order by reputation desc) and then a select displayusername from topusers group by displayusername having count(*) > 1
