Let me make another thing clear: you aren't being blocked just for that one offense. You are being blocked because of your overall prior record.

I didn't know having multiple accounts where not allowed. and I have positive answers on those sites but only improving questions or asking a good not fair question after 6months lift a question ban is that correct?

Though it is worth mentioning that if you're under a system-imposed question ban, you get an allowance of one question per 6 months, to demonstrate that you can ask good questions.

Parent site suspension for serial up voting??? So I up vote a bunch I never knew it would equal suspension. Not on time did the system say on any of these thing that doing so may equal a suspension or ban if rejected or rolled back by a moderator.
