Stack Overflow took 1:01:05, the next longest was 25 minutes, the last database was available at 02:38 UTC. My new processing scheme is winning all over.

@AaronBertrand you have left the intermediate PostHistory tables. There are now 5 variants: data.stackexchange.com/stackoverflow/query/edit/…
Those only exist in the StackOverflow database
the intermediates have 0 rows, but they do show up in the side bar of the query editor

@rene Thanks, fixed. I did that drop manually the first time through and missed it on assembling the automation. And it will get faster still.
