Speaking of which, I have been mean to some of my ex-friend after became too fed up, so I eventually told them off & almost saying "I don't want to see you for the rest of my life." A few months later, they started contacting me again. one of them called me 3 times last week.

Like if a question has a relationship in the base situation we need a way to distinguish questions about relationships with a social angle (off topic) from questions about an interpersonal situation where the setting is just a relationship (presumably on topic)
You seem to be keeping up though besides the timezone issue
Maybe that timezone issue is more important then previously thought, I think to make main understand what can't be done requires moderators being available enough so that comments that are made in the middle of the american night don't stay up until you get up
It's a problem we've had for a while. The HNQs draw in transient participation but most users don't bother to stick around unless they see a "fun" question on the sidebar.
The CMs are swamped at the moment so the moderators and the site users will have to find a way to move forward on what shog said. Where can we organize to do this?
Absolutely. Now that we have a userbase that's more active, we need to start pushing to decide what's off topic and what's OK. And it's not going to be easy.
