Can someone tell me the best way to find the largest whole number summed from an unsorted array?
e.g.
{0.1, 0.2, 0.9, 0.5}
Largest whole number possible is 1 (0.1 + 0.9).
{0.9, 0.2, 0.5, 0.3, 0.9}
Largest possible is 2 (0.9 + 0.9 + 0.2)

During yesterday's podcast, Joel mentioned the reciprocity ratio and also said that the sweet spot for successful sites is 14%. I'm curious to know what the rate is for StackOverflow itself.
