Sorry i was shocked when i m seeing these type of actions, so that only i want to bring to mod foucs by flagging like this "Did not posting the comments here , instead they are using chat rooms , so that users not able to know what conversation is done for the right answer"
@badpssockpuppet: you know onething, many people posting poor questions, we must have a threshold to stop posting poor question, ForInstance, if a person posted 8 poor questions, then why cannot block him posting questions to maintain the Quality of SO, many people just simply post Question without trying anything
@balpha: and @B@badpssockpuppet Also Many people creating Duplicate rooms , see today we have many room for Android and Iphone , it 's very bad and pathetic condtiton of SO, i was disappointed, pls stop the people creating the Duplicate rooms
and pls take serious action on this, i humbly requesting you from yesterday, but you guys replied creating rooms are their freedom, but today reno brings the problem here
pls consider my humble request to protect SO and manitain the Quality of SO, Thanks
@Reno I know, pls see today we have plenty of rooms for Iphone and Android, what they thnik if you blocked in the Offical room , then they create duplicate room and go there
@badpssockpuppet we must create it, this what i m suggesting create a room for a Langauage and conduct an election for a room and make them as owner, to manitain our Qualtiy, pls process my humble request
The noise to signal level on those rooms are too high in my opinion, and not just because of the number of people or the breadth of the topics talked about
I personally think its the language, because the authors sometimes use English so badly its incomprehensible, but then again maybe I'm too much of a language snob?
@badpssockpuppet Ugh, no. For very simple questions its simpler to just answer them, and chat should be open to subjective questions where opinions matter
And even if a question is being discussed that really should be asked on the main site, it should be the users of the room to point that out, instead of a automatic ban
@SankarGanesh, if people aren't searching for existing rooms, maybe they aren't the people you want in your room. >_< I'm not sure it is worth your obsession. Plus, a bunch of people in these rooms are in several of the rooms you just spammed - so kind of creating the problem themselves.
@badpssockpuppet I think it would be the same way as how SO was create; get experts with real knowledge, encourage people to act professionally. Neither of those happen in those rooms right now
@RebeccaChernoff what to convey me finally , are you happy by seeing these things????, I thing your words hurting me and disappointing me, Anyway i want to maintain the Quality of SO, but you are not supporting this, disappointed again
Don't get me wrong, I hate 99% of chat flags, and I'll grief the day I'll lose one-click-dismissal powers on chat.SE; however right now it sounds like one of the few right tools for the job
@GeorgeMarian: I have a Question, Consider you are very Joyful in character and now you are moving from one frim to new frim, in the firm will you continue same Joyful char or keep as slient one until you the new people mind
Office 2010 is suppose to feature some interesting collaboration tools that supposedly allows for real-time co-authoring of documents similar to what Google Docs offers. However, when me and my friend tried to make it work over SkyDrive we only got a dialog similar to this:
These are the step...
@SankarGanesh Now to answer that question. When you move to a new company, you want to learn how things work there, how the culture is and so on. I would still be myself, but I would tone it down until I got to know people and they got to know me.
Hi All,
Let us Assume a person is JoyFul , Bubbly and so humorous in character and also he is a Sentiment character person, If that person living or working in a environment, suddenly if the person changes or relocated to some where i.e.,a new unknowing environment, can we advice that person ...
> If you have a question about the accuracy of public claims made in the media or elsewhere, if you're interested in the evidence behind what you hear or read, then you are in the right place.
@TimStone Yeah, especially since I'm not exactly sure why. I did kinda screw up my sleep schedule over the weekend, but I in bed at 11:30 and actually fell asleep quite quickly.
@balpha I want to Share the Doubts in psychology and con selling a person, so that only i need some people views in this Experiment, is it wrong to share information and get other people views
Then, I woke up at 1:30 for some reason. Tried to fall back asleep for the 1.5 hours. Got up when that didn't work. Tried again at 5 when I thought I felt sleepy and would have some success. shrug Oh well. Maybe in a few hours.
Write a recursive function add_pos(x, y), assuming y is not negative, that returns the sum of x and y using the functions
def minus1(x):
return x-1
def plus1(x):
return x+1
I think they've been listed in there more than once tho
That tells me if things are fads, if they get a featured spot in a place like Wired. Sure, more people will check it out, but that balloon is hard to ride.
And they have a headline "why Android beat the iPhone". That's odd because the article starts by changing that stance to "how android could win" and it ends with a complete backtrack.
@GeorgeMarian That's rough. I finally fixed my sleep schedule after I came back from vacation (thanks to the time difference, my poor sleep schedule there was appropriate for here), but then I messed it up again..trying to fix that, heh. Also, hooray for 1-hour "15-minute" meetings..
No.

@Pekkasothertrollingaccount Hey, question downvotes are free, man. Maybe I'll go add one, just because I can....
@GeorgeMarian life reminds me of high school (on the good days. On the bad days it reminds me of lunch at high school. On the bleak days it reminds me of the end of middle school.)
@PopularDemand > You joined the site just to ask others to do your homework? Thats pretty un-awesome. Hope you get answers so complicated, its clear you cheated.
@PopularDemand It isn't! I just opened the fridge, saw ground turkey defrosting, tossed in a skillet, added spices, cooked, added a little sauce. Done.
Besides, having meat defrosting is cheating. You can't really choose to do something else without wasting the meat. Not for more than a few meals, anyways.
@RebeccaChernoff I don't know, one doesn't usually make something, then decides whether or not to eat it. But anyway, if I were to make something, then choose, I'd probably choose to eat out instead
@TimStone Ha. Actually, in college, I had a deal with my friends. If they showed up at my door with ingredients and agreed to clean up and share with me, I'd do the cooking.
@RebeccaChernoff How have you ever managed to adjust to... well, I don't know your current food situation, but I assume it's no longer like the college situation?
What I really wanted for lunch was shrimp, because I was going to make my horseradish/cocktail sauce, but someone missed a bag of groceries and left the shrimp out on the counter. ):
sliced bell peppers (so red, green, yellow, orange, etc), sliced red onions, chopped bacon slices (about 1.5" - 2" long) and about 200 medium sized shrimp on a barbecue on a pan that looks like this tasteofbbq.com/images/grill_topper.jpg ... omg, that makes the most awesome side I've ever eaten.
I start with the bacon and the peppers, then add the onions (or just grill them on the side of the grill) and then lastly add the shrimps when the bacon is about half done
