BTW, @Berry you probably missed the fact this room is on MSE chat domain, it's not visible on the main SE chat. So people won't really find it unless coming over to MSE.

@BerryHolmes well, they wanted a place where anyone can ask about any site, without any limitations. So even if a user is suspended on 80 sites, he/she can still take part in MSE.

(unless of course suspended on MSE itself, which is quite rare.... :))

Although I didn't understand about PATH from that answer, here's a relevant question

Q: Error while attempting to install PyCrypto

I am trying to install PyCrypto on Python 36 x64 on windows 10. After issuing the command pip install pycrypto, I receive the following: the error is here I have Visual Studio 2015 with Update 3 installed.
