He'd posted a question on MSE, that got edits and comments - and then got downvotes.

I was one of the editors, although to his credit he did not accuse me personally.

After this original question on MSE (at +2/-2 last time I checked) he posted another question, complaining about the edits and comments.

How about not reporting all caps from SO specifically, since they are seen in cvr room? Less noise, and rare all caps spam would still be seen by someone
