@3ventic I don't know whether there is one that fully supports it, but according to Wikipedia, GNU Unifont is the Unicode font that supports the most characters (63,446 characters)

Yeah, it annoys me. Things are easy to find if you know what to search for. I can forgive a beginner, who shows effort, for not finding the right terms. Either answer, or close as a dupe if there is one. But the whole "u so stupid" routine is annoying.

Q: Is voting up comments a privilege?

..and if so, what is the requirement? I couldn't see it listed on /privileges, particularly on /privileges/comment which seemed the most likely candidate, and I couldn't find any other posts here on meta...
