Filling out the form is right. That sends us an email and one of us (the community managers) will eventually process it. We're a bit backlogged right now.

However, filling the form out doesn't guarantee that we'll go in to mess with your question history.

@Mgetz Basically, it should be used to mean, "This post is horrible, and could not possibly ever be improved enough to be acceptable, no matter how much the poster would like to try. It should be deleted. Now."

So, for example, if someone posted a question on Stack Overflow asking, "How do I change my baby's diaper?" Putting that on-hold is great, but really, there is no way to make that an appropriate question, so it should be deleted immediately.

The flag probably should be used rarely. Yes. It is by far the most common flag I decline.

@AndrewBarber VLQ always just feels more descriptive for link only answers than NAA does.

I looked to see if I could edit it to make sense but there is no possible way I can make sense of it

@joran Link-only answers are one of the situations where I often accept a VLQ flag.

@Mgetz As for the 'disputed'; that just means a 10k member disagreed with your flag, not a diamond mod. Those don't count against your declined flags.

Has anyone ever heard of Bluetooth flipping photos upside down when sending to a phone? I swear the picture is right-side up in my file browser and loads right-side up in my image editor, but when I send it to my phone over Bluetooth it shows up on my phone upside-down.

It's uh, going from a little-endian processor to a big-endian one. Yeah, that's it :P

Or you're holding your phone upside-down. One of those things.
