Q: Making an accurate copy of SQLite (contact) database and replace it on other device

I want to copy the contact database to another new database (with all rows, columns, tables,...) whitout superuser (root) permissions. I got in while all the contacts using ContactContract and saved it to an txt file in internal storage. I sent that by email, to my app running on other device ...

@Ty221 I like that you're putting forth an effort more honest than most people that encounter the ban. I think that with some work and 15 minutes or so of thought put into each new question you'll do fine with getting rid of the ban and avoiding it in the future.

@Ty221 I'd prefer you try to improve that one first. Try to narrow down the problem yourself. Code dumps like that are not acceptable on Stack Overflow.

My suggestion to you is to include all of the code that applies to the issue, and include specific error messages and stacktraces, copy-pasted from your program's error logs. If you show what you've done and what you've tried, and establish a fair balance between clear text and explanation, and code, it'll be good.

sscce.org has good tips for this. Take a subset of the code that can compile as fully as possible, and is as short as possible while keeping the problem, and provide example data that triggers the issue.

I think SO has all kinds of personalities (just like any other highly populated place). Some days you just run into more of the snobby bearpit people than other days.

Also, I've never heard of a bearpit. Is it like an armpit? Or is it a terrifying hole in the ground where large, vicious mammals are kept?

Or something else entirely?!
