@TheMaskedCucumber known bug with older versions of iOS or Safari, there's a bug report and SE won't fix it.

Q: Some JavaScript seems to not work: Can't ask questions and new editor not loading

LaurelI'm trying to ask questions (which uses the old editor), but pressing the "review your question" button does nothing. Checking "Answer your own question" does nothing (except make the checkmark appear in the box). Pressing "return" in the title/tags discards the draft. Also, the new editor doesn'...

Feel free to downvote the answer, I did.
(I totally don't understand SE decision to just not support bit old browsers.)
filling @Pet's cup with sand and putting in his pocket
heh thought @andrew.46 is Pandya, who used to have similar avatar, but looks like he changed at some point.

the sand from @Sha turns into milk
drinks the milk

plot twist: the sand in @Pet's cup was the same sand @Andreas forced into my mouth
:-D

8:29 AM
So what you drank is like Kopi luwak ;)
(leaving it as homework task to look for it if you don't know what it is, though it was mentioned lots of times in Den, probably. ;))

turns the milk into orange juice

Rejoice with the juice!

(trust me, it gets worse the more you realise what it is)

Well at least the jerrycan seems right: bogus.

Bagus is malay for good. And IIRC the regional equivilent of eurovision was called 'asia bagus'
and it had an earworm of a theme :D
so that's a little over 4 litters of weasel poop coffee handwash

@ShadowWizardLoveZelda Lovely. Natural cleanser. Now I can start selling it for a high price.
@ShadowWizardLoveZelda Oh, no... You consumed sand and used it to produce milk.
I'll have to change what kind of store my product will be sold in.
And not market it as a cleanser, anymore...

10:47 AM
"sand milk soap! Totally dosen't smell like weasel poop"

it exfoloates and exterminates!

@JourneymanGeek So does lava

Well yes
and nothing cleanses like fire

That's why I use it when I need to clean my apartment. The only downside is having to move afterwards.

10:59 AM
and heh
we used to have some pumice and citrus hand cleaner in the army which was magic
TECHNICALLY pumice is just cold lava

11:12 AM
@VLAZ Should I sell lava on a bottle?

11:29 AM
@JourneymanGeek Pumice Elemental, Pumice Golem, Wall of Pumice.... nope, doesn't sound as epic and any wizard like @sha will agree

@SPArcheon its fun and games till someone drops 2 tons of pumice on you

@AndreasmovedtoCodidact clearly, lava should be stored in iron buckets.
@JourneymanGeek and that is not as funny as the beloved 16 tons anvil, as any cartoon cat like @M.A.R. can tell you

I will grant that

@SPArcheon Why not store it between the grass?

11:44 AM
@AndreasmovedtoCodidact because you can keep that in your inventory or in a wooden chest, silly.

@SPArcheon As my backpack.

in a bucket?

Of course.
The handle over my neck.

12:39 PM
tips the contents of the bucket over @AndreasmovedtoCodidact's head

@JourneymanGeek Why’d you do that? Now I’ll have to clean up all the remainings of my head.

1 hour later…
2:07 PM
@VLAZ minor downside. ;)
@SPArcheon are there any mice in pumice though?
@JourneymanGeek bit bucket?
@AndreasmovedtoCodidact no, I just consumed it. @Pet turned it to milk, not my fault. I'm innocent.
runs away

2:43 PM
lol
@ShadowWizardLoveZelda in minecraft if you want to move lava you store it in a bucket

@JourneymanGeek there is also the LDShadowLady way.

Just make a very long lavaduct.
FOUND!
Lizzy very long aqueduct.
@ShadowWizard and yes, I know what you are thinking. It is sus indeed that I remember a specific video from six year ago from a pink haired minecraft player.

3 hours later…
6:07 PM
@JourneymanGeek ha!
@SPArcheon sounds like a fair lady.
@SPArcheon no worry, I don't suspect, anyone would remember such a name. ;)

So, never too late to catch and nuke it.

oh oops didn't consider this flood. lol
making floor dirty on purpose :D
And if we shouldn't report such posts as spam, would be glad to know - guess people from the central spam chat will come over and tell.

@ShadowWizardLoveZelda They got reported as true positives in Charcoal

So many [some feature] no longer works bugs on the Meta now. What is going on?

@SonictheAnonymousHedgehog awesome, thanks for looking up.

By the way, this is not related to anything, but this entire time, I pronounce the word 'Meta' in my head as 'May-ta' rather than as 'Meh-ta'

@CPlus saw two so far, related, with broken hover. Likely a bad build that was never tested pushed out.
When you fire enough developers, you can't expect proper testing, so the blame is in the management.
(NOT the specific devs.)

8:24 PM
Three now, including mine

@CPlus odd! But why?

Because Stack Exchange 100% written words. So I may develop (wrong?) habits that just stick, when I only read and never listen. Same goes with programming. Is memcpy() supposed to be pronounced mem-see-pee-why or memcopy?

I see. Well, I also only read, and guess some words I pronounce to myself wrongly.
As for memcpy, don't think there's any "rule", but yeah, it's "mem-see-pee-why" for me. ;)
Next: println()! For me, it's "print-line" in my head when reading it.

When I was really new, I mistook the l in printlnfor a capital i. So I pronounced that print-in until I learned better, and now I pronounce that print-lin or print-line.

Eh, that's quite the mistake! :P

8:33 PM
Yeah

9:33 PM
@CPlus Somebody’s been using the wrong font for programming
@SPArcheon 30 seconds of ads after watching 10 seconds of the video.
