Anyone else feel that good new questions/answers are increasingly less noticed and upvoted (perhaps because of the noise of all the bad questions/answers)?
Or perhaps I'm in the wrong place and need to talk about the plight of brush turkeys to be on-topic.

@Will Sure, voting activity is low, especially in some tags. Unsung Hero badge is pretty easy to get nowadays (I've got one on SO). Who's to blame? You're a member for "4 years, 9 months" and cast the total of 113 votes up to now. So....

Also, chat.stackexchange.com/users?tab=online 44 users online (down from 50 a few minutes ago). Are those numbers extraordinarily low? (Is chat greater during working hours in the UK and US?)

Edit is rolled back because as originally written, the question is likely to be a spam seed. "effective [...] zip recovery software [...] corrupted archives [...] recover damaged ZIP files" reads a lot like it's spamdexing given that the question contains several similar keywords. Apparently Google introduced the standard last Fall... and Wordpress tried to comply somewhat... leading to assorted errors, and subsequent messages like this.
