@Szabolcs no, was just about to close as duplicate and explain in a comment that it's already done and you missed it because you have more than 50 rep. :)
@ShadowWizard I regretted my post a bit because these posts tend to generate additional work and I wasn't sure anymore that I would have the time to keep dealing with it (keep advocating, refuting couterarguments, etc.)
@ShadowWizard So if I go ahead and try posting a bad question as an unregistered user, it should be blocked? I am going to try this now because I find it hard to believe that this system is working properly yet we still get so much unformatted code ...
OK, here it goes. This looks bad enough to me that it definitely should get blocked:
@ShadowWizard It seems to have gone through, and I got no warning at all:
@ShadowWizard Did I miss something obvious or should this have been blocked?
@ShadowWizard Our moderators usually notify SE people when necessary. It happened the last time I asked about something like this. (Here: meta.mathematica.stackexchange.com/q/2015/12) I still need 10 minutes to write it up.
@Szabolcs yeah, Shog is the "head" of the CM's. Anyway, if you post it on the per-site meta, no point cross posting, and actually if it's only for that one site, it won't be good fit for MSE, as it's for questions about the whole network, or at least things involving more than one site.
@Szabolcs OK, have the best of luck! You can then post a comment on Shog's answer in your existing question to let him know you asked another question, I doubt he's browsing all meta sites regularly.
