Adding "delete me" to the profile no longer works for long long time.

There is a new way, which is explained in the dupe you probably didn't bother to read?

In short, you need to go here, choose "I need to delete my user profile" under "Please select a topic", confirm the dialog, fill the details, and submit.

And yes, you have to do that for each of the sites.

This cause an email to be sent to the team, for each profile, then they take a look and delete the profile, sometimes after contacting the user via email for confirmation.
