A: How to "power-use" Microsoft Outlook?

TomWijIt's not about the power of the application (it is there already), it's about you... You are the power user! You can improve slightly with hotkeys, but will those small changes make you very efficient in the end? No! That's why you should learn to get to Inbox Zero and learn Getting Things Done...

considers it a bad idea to visit Super User before studying, but yeah... if you can answer something, the urge is hard no to do so...
closes SU for the rest of the day...

@TomWij close the chat as well, in this case ;)

I did, but it seems that you only leave directly when cliciking 'leave' but not when closing the window.
Hmm, sad...

Q: How to "power-use" Microsoft Outlook?

LazerI am looking for any lesser known but powerful / time-saving features / tricks of Outlook, that people are generally unaware of. What are some such features / tricks / hacks and how do you use them to get the maximum out of Outlook?

is community Wiki so I won't get reputation for my answer... :S
I feel wrong about the Community Wiki aspect in this case.

it's a list of tips and tricks, so CW is a good idea, people can collaborate to provide a list. There is no "clear answer" for this question

True, didn't saw that in the first place...
I wouldn't have typed this answer out if I knew it would be a Community Wiki.
But well, I'll just hope for a Nice Answer badge instead then...
Anyway, indeed, checked for responses. Time to close the chat, move downstairs and study this ~130 pages long Computer Networks PDF. ^^
There are slides and I have a made a good summary of it, but that didn't work out for me last year so I guess it's better to read it all again.
Well, I will at least spend less time trying to understand things... ^^
@Gnoupi: You might want to look into chat.meta.stackoverflow.com/rooms/182/woot-off or forward it to @JeffAtwood, it might be just me but that looks like unwanted advertisement...

@TomWij - Woot! was a sponsor for the launch of Server Fault and Super User: blog.stackoverflow.com/2009/06/enthusiast-and-fanatic-badges
I don't know though why there is such room now, it's not officially endorsed, for that matter. And it is now deleted.

who would've thought experts-exchange would come to my rescue.

@Sathya: Say it ain't so!

@chel saved atleast 8 hours of debugging

ugh. I forgot how much I want to burn my eyeballs when I see that site.
Did you ask on SO?

It's so funny that they say you need to be premium but you can just scroll down to the bottom... ^^
