Fun trivia, at my workplace sometimes the water supply is stopped for several hours, it happens about once in two weeks. Naturally, the toilets get clogged at some point. However, it never reach anything close to that pic. ;)
@AndreasismovingtoCodidact ohhh.... blonde moment, thought you mean only one floor. Well depends what we talk about, in small mall or shopping center each floor has one toilets, with several booths, at least in all those I were in. But yeah, in the big one, need more than that. :D
