If it were me, I'd flag the post for mod attention and request for general comment clean-up, and see what's left. If the problematic comments are still there, then escalate to meta.

Many would say a town that isn't his to occupy. That's the whole reason people are upset.

Its the governments that're mainly doing the screwing

Yeah. I think the civilians have some fault in that they support the governments.

But they're not the ones actually going out of their way to murder, they're just complicit. It's the governments that really are doing serious harm.
