I was a bit surprised to see that two queries on the same site return results one up to September 16 and one up to September 9. Perhaps this has something to do with the fact that SEDE data are being updated. (One of those queries was created today, so the results could not have been cached for that one.)

yeah, it takes 4 hours or so for all databases to be up to date. The LastUpdate is wonky

@Martin for the same site is strange ...
it looks like the cache didn't get cleared.
but I still see a StackOverflow_Temp db so SEDE is still refreshing: data.stackexchange.com/mathoverflow/query/898673
If you run that query ^ and the first databases is called [some name]_Temp then you know the refreshdatabase.sql script is still running.

Now both queries I linked above return results ending with September 16.
 
And my query no longer shows the StackOverflow_Temp database, so it did clear the cache when the last database was finished with the refresh procedure.
