@ItamarG3 thought there's fixed amount of questions reaching HNQ from every site, but looks like that's not the case... what I meant is that only couple of upvotes on question and answer gives a pretty low hotness score, so if it's enough to reach HNQ, it means there aren't many questions with higher score i.e. with more upvotes.
