I just read something terrible last week in our media, that the authorities of India don't let a 10 y/o girl abort her baby which is of course result of rape. :/
The birth might take her life as she's too young but they don't really care.
@SagarV well here you also can't (as a pregnant girl) just walk to clinic and abort the child, you need to file forms first and get confirmation etc, but it's very flexible.
