Anyways good call on keeping it simple. Salt pepper onions a little ketchup, came out nice
Having bacon in there made it not need much. I never tried that before.
Unexpected problem though was.my grinder is broken so I used my juicer, which they claim can grind meet. Never tried it.
Turns out its more of a meat smasher than a grinder, lol. So the texture was weird.
