Hi, Shadow Wizard. I am following your comment on my recent meta question

Perhaps you got me wrong. I said I did the edit without being logged in (by using that "improve this question" thing, not "improve review"). And then, in a short while I logged in, and then approved the suggested edit.

So the sequence of actions AFAIR is:

1) edit the question without being logged in, by using the "improve this question"

2) then, having discovered that I am not logged in, I logged in quickly

@Shadowfax I see. That is right, and still, nothing wrong with it. (Unless of course you do it on purpose to get badges)

Anyone, even anonymous visitor, can suggest edits on SE posts.

When anonymous, it appears to come from Community.

As I was new user then, I didn't notice that the button is not "edit", but "improve thsi question"

It's heavily rate limited and filtered for spam, but still - possible.
