Yay, CB community ad on Drupal got to +6. More spam coming to CB soon...

By the way, isn't it weird that a site can essentially raid another one's promotions, posting their ad and then upvoting it en masse?

Q: Lower density of {primes} times themselves

Dominic van der ZypenWe say that a set $A\subseteq \mathbb{N}$ has lower density 0 if $$\text{lim inf}_{n\to\infty}\frac{|A\cap\{1,\ldots,n\}|}{n} = 0.$$ Given $A,B\subseteq \mathbb{N}$ we set $A\cdot B = \{a\cdot b: a\in A, b\in B\}$. The set $A^n$ for $n\in\mathbb{N}$ is defined inductively in the obvious manner. ...

Yay, I know enough math to be able to understand this now!

Q: Ticker feeds in Chat

Hosch250The ticker feeds in chat are interesting, but also annoying. One feature that would make them very nice is a fade feature, where they fade away after displaying for N seconds (perhaps even user adjustable). As an example of this, I didn't clear my ticker for a while, and this is what I got:

UnihedronI think we should instead make the ticker feeds semi-transparent and become full opacity on hover, since when you're reading the transcript having slightly opaque tickers aren't as disturbing, and you can always just clear it if they become a problem.
