Ok, so the thing @bjb said is exactly correct. I just don’t know how to find more privs that can be tied to something other than rep. We have very few of those, and need more.

I’m afraid that access to a flag queue would just be a pile-on orgy.

That’s what it used to be. And it still needed a moderator, so it didn’t work very well.

I would like to hear from moderators what they think could be safely delegated to non-moderators.

comment moderation has been on the table for some time now, just that... we could achieve the same effect if we just get three users to flag a comment anyways
