If you want a one-time snapshot of stuff for now, I can get it for you (email me the tags and site(s) - anna@stackexchange.com). beyond that... I'm not sure aggregate counts are really private info, but we don't currently expose it as far as I know. I'd make a feature-request on meta if you need them on an ongoing basis.
