Wow. I was just searching through stackapps trying to find the limit; somebody said 10000/day, but I suspect that's with a key

You can always go get a key from stackapps if you want and add it in to the request

The API seems to be exact, but I don't think there's an API call that gives you the latest question ID and the total question count at once

@AidenBell Except for the two things I just said it is. SEDE data isn't live, it's from the monthly data dump, and the data dump doesn't include deleted questions while the total count does
