@bjb568 first one is an answer, it suggests to use some class and links to said class's documentation. Whether or not it's a good answer is another thing.

@bjb568 The VLQ flag says "This question is unlikely to be salvageable through editing, and might need to be removed. " but those questions don't fit that criteria at first sight.

Still, that only means you may downvote that answer because you think it's not a good one. NAA really is for "this does not attempt to answer the question at all". It took me a little while to get it right when flagging.

Your time can be better spent than trying to guess and assume malice. Downvote and move on.

There is so much crap on SO that truly and uncontroversially needs to be cleaned up. I suggest going after that instead.

Something I just did made me do some self reflection. I downvote answers to questions that are obviously off-topic because I think it encourages more of those questions. Am I then a hypocrite for commenting on obviously off-topic questions to try and still help the user? I think I am.

I would iterate over positive numbers starting with 2 and multiply each number with ((i % 2) != 0 ? -1 : 1). Since you want to stop once you reached a certain number and increment the number in each iteration, it should be obvious which type of loop you want. You should be able to implement that without trouble if you have some basic programming knowledge. — ThiefMaster ♦ 5 mins ago
