@jadarnel27 Yup, it's just the flag dialog with a new option for "invalid flag". I think it takes two "invalid flag" flags to cancel the original flag.

Not entirely sure. I just know that after clicking "invalid flag", I don't see the post removed from the queue, just added to the category for "invalid flag" as well as the category for, say, "not a real question".
@JeremyBanks Ok, that's kind of what I was thinking happened. Sometimes my NAA flags get disputed, and I was thinking that it's because some 10k users are more lenient than I with regard to what constitutes an acceptable answer =)
Can anyone clue me in as to why trying to show code in between two bullet points is broken for markdown? stackoverflow.com/a/11007011/16587 I don't want to make it a meta question because I'm sure there are hundreds of duplicates; but I am curious.
@JeremyBanks @jadarnel27 I'm interested in wondering how many of those 'flags' are people tagging an answer as 'not an answer'. At least as a 20K'er, any flags I make that are on things that I can be actionable about are automatically converted into close votes; so to get any flags I need to go above and beyond 50 per day; or close and flag the same question (which just seems like a waste since it adds to an already overworked moderator queue).
@jadarnel27 Well, that's a good question. I used to not do that (I used to just vote to close them and move on). But even though the question stinks for the wider audience (it's sort of open ended, sort of too localized, and sort of not constructive; and probably a duplicate), it's apparent he still needs an answer. I'd be frightened to enter into a project that used that method he talks about (I used to work on on such project. The word 'frightening' was accurate).
@jadarnel27 So the OP wouldn't say, "Bunch of nazis on SO closed my question without helping me", I decided to throw him a bone and answer his question. That said, I'd be willing to delete the question should there be a definitive duplicate and should this question not provide any use to the wider internet. I think it can be salvaged, but I'm not entirely sure.
In short, I'm on the fence about the question's potential; but I'm not on the fence about its current state.
@GeorgeStocker It does. Sorry, I was re-reading the question (and your answer). I think that's a great attitude to have; helping the guy out was a nice thing to do, and closing the question was the correct thing to do.
And indeed it may be a candidate for deletion (but since he's accepted your answer, obviously he's gotten the help you provided).

@jadarnel27 it is a pain if you've already cast your vote for everyone. I wish for the following feature: Lock your votes once they're cast. If you've voted on everyone, then you're able to sort by votes.
So I'm a little further ahead for #4 than I was yesterday, but it is still too close to call.
And I'm not even sure how well the primary votes translate into the election votes.
People may decide things differently when there are only three people to choose from.
But no matter what happens, I'll continue doing what I do: Editing questions, voting to close bad questions, trying to salvage borderline questions; and generally paying attention to the flag queue.
@GeorgeStocker I've gotten the impression that the actual election participation ends up being quite different than the primary participation...although I haven't really analysed it enough to know in what way (if any consistent way at all).
On a lot of browsers I've tested, JavaScript blocks actually return a value. You can test it out in any console:

I'm not even getting an error back when I look in the developer tools, just...nothing. Same thing when I go to imgur.com. The site loads fine, but all the images are broken.
