some of these spam-mills just hit everything they can with everything they got

@curious We had a whole wave of spam for plumbing and garage door repair for just about every city in the Houston, Texas metro area...on Stack Overflow.

I don't really get it. They get deleted basically instantly. Posting blatant spam really does not work here.

And yet they persist.

They are probably grunts who get paid a long as they can prove it was posted.

We often make that difficult when we destroy their accounts... :-)

Personally I would be disinclined to trust a spam farm's screenshots given that they're doing shady stuff to begin with, but who knows.

I've just edited the title of codegolf.stackexchange.com/q/84 to uncensor "brainf***" into "brainfuck", but I check the edit history and found this:

and yes, it's also the current policy to avoid potential expletives on the title network-wide

But body of HNQ question or its answers might still contain such things and that can't really be avoided.

@pxeger problem is that not everyone know what brainfuck means, actually most people (overall) don't, and for them it sounds like offensive word.

So it's fine on SO and the tech sites, probably, but SE consists of many more sites.
