A "sponsor gallery" is on the to-do list... I suppose we could list the tags that are sponsored under the copy. So like... [Adobe Logo] - Flash and Flex provide .... (more copy)... sponsored tags: [flash], [flex],... Maybe we'll get to it in Oct some time....

I'm searching for other Microsoft ads. Manually going through the tags isn't terrible but if there's a faster way...

Probably so, but it seems like they're heavily stacked in favour of Careers, and then occasionally network ads. Makes sense, but seems like you'd want one of them to show an actual ad on a frequent basis since there's always at least one Careers ad in the sidebar.

Well, I did reply! I will take care of the display issue here in a bit.

I want to change that 25 most downvoted users query to 25 most annoying users query, but weighting tenacity and frequency of posts against downvote percentage seems rather subjective.

I don't think I'm magical enough to login exactly 7 hours later believing it was my first time logging in. :P

we've run into that internally a few times on calls lol

Sam switched it to return milliseconds instead of the time string it was returning before to support the graphing, so this is a side-effect of that.

I have one friend who recommends the book, but I don't trust his judgement enough to read it without other people backing him up.

Yeah, read the books. Otherwise you won't even understand some parts of the movie.

That's why I don't recommend it.

The movies coming out just made me want to see Battle Royale again.

the first book is the best out of the 3, but I still recommend all 3

I'm now reading several times more than I did before I got a Kindle.

@JeremyBanks Is a Kindle a lot better than a Kobo?

I've only read four books voluntarily: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, A Crack in the Line, Loser, and White Fang

I rented one from the local library and wasn't really impressed...

Having dozens of books to chose from at a time, so I don't stop reading if I get sick of a particular book, has been the biggest factor for me.

I dunno what a Kobo is, but I read the HG trilogy on my kindle (:

@minitechη Kind-of slow, I guess, but I don't notice anymore. It's sort-of like you have enough buffered (text which I've seen but not really "processed") that it feels seamless, even though it isn't.

Honestly, I used to do better on my quizzes and tests when I hadn't read the book. I was much better at making up BS about what I thought would happen than trying to remember what actually did happen.
