Is there any SEDE query that can answer the part of this question which says “How can I get a count of how many questions I have voted to close or delete, and how many of those questions have stayed closed/deleted vs. those that have been reversed?”

@EkadhSingh-ReinstateMonica you don't have close/delete vote history for currently deleted posts but you can use the 2021 version I show here meta.stackexchange.com/a/234794 to get thet closed questions and extend that with delete events. What is left then looking for re-open / undelete events that are later then the posthistory row that has the closure or delete.
