@rene, about Pierre's question (I'm not on SO as much as either of you). His question as written is (essentially): I was allowed to do 40 but now I'm only allowed to do 20; it says I've done 20 so come back tomorrow - and that's the wrong way to explain it. --- But what if it was the reverse situation, he had done 20 and came back (and told him you did 20 come back tomorrow) and an hour later he came back anyway (when the limit was increased

to 40), should it be rigid and still say you've done 20; we're not going to let you do the increased amount?

It seems he wants it to say: "You've done X, but the limit is currently Y; so try later (if X!=40) or tomorrow to get X reset.." - but that's not the wording he's asking for. --- He seems to be reading it (understanding it, the terse explanation) so it's wrong; rather than interpreting it so it's true.

@Rob yeah, I pondered a bit and strictly speaking the dupes might have an answer if you connect the dots. I still feel the UX is confusing so for the bug tag I re-opened. If it attracts close votes I'm not going to fight for it to stay open. Thanks for clarifying your postition on that post.

Thanks for reading. Odd that he asks 10 days after it's closed for us to retract our close votes, he's not new, that's so long a delay that we will be able to vote on it again, at the end of the week.

True, if it goes as planned. It's only up a few meters and land again, nothing super exciting, still a first; before a longer flight.

It's possible, but there's no foreseen reason for that. It's been tested and is in working order.

They've had 118 years to work on some of the problems, thin atmosphere being the only one that's not as well tested, and the firmware for autonomous flight - it's somewhat comparable to The Wright Flyer, but made by experts instead of amateurs.
