Hey people!

Is it worth writing a post regarding deleting SE Twitter bots?

Slight quibble, the bot doesn't pick things "randomly". It has an algorithm and chooses things that seem like they might be worthy questions to share... whether it's a good algorithm is up for debate. Regardless, what you're asking would be difficult to implement and, to be honest, we'd be more likely to just remove the Twitter accounts entirely. — Catija ♦ 16 hours ago

Actually - that's a textbook case for a comment deletion

1. You made a correction you couldn't make yourself, since it was too minor

2. OP (me!) saw it, and edited, and flagged it (mentally) as no longer needed

3. a Mod (also me! So much hats! wow!) cleaned up an obsolete comment

I didn't check all 225 sites but if a question is tweeted event is generated does that mean the site actually has an twitter account? Or is the tweeted event recorded in posthistory anyway, no matter what?

I've never ever seen one on IPS, and we don't have a twitter bot... so I guess if the event is generated, it has one.
