Seems straightforward, that's the total, divide by 10 if you want upvotes (and assume that's all there is); alternatively you figure you've got 1000 DVs costing you 2K, which would be evened out by another 200 UVs - affecting the total by barely any. --- Otherwise simply use the exact method for the precise number, location, time, etc.

@JNat something very unusual here, hope you can take a look. The chat ban message means automated ban due to flags, and based on the duration, it means over 400 (!) flags were raised and confirmed. I can't know details, but it's super fishy, e.g. bot/script used to flag which is wrong, IMO. Thanks!
Even if the user "deserves" it, that's not the way to go.
mores specifically, it would be 67 messages in the time it takes to flag the first one. Even if they were all low-traffic rooms at low-traffic times, it takes quite an effort.

@ShadowWizardWearingMask this is not required I guess, quid said clearly that he manually banned for 8 days....after that the 30 min ban was added....if SE uses stacks,...the 30 min ban shouldve completed...if SE uses Queues, the 30 min ban completes last....apparently, the banner uses Stack...so report-message-ban.. was on top of stack

@QueenieGoldstein the chat rate limit is..... very creative. It's not fixed/static, it depends on many factors. In short, it starts to kick in only after few messages.
@ShadowWizardWearingMask if you use query to show all posts of SO, it will timeout...but if you put it as FROM SO select 100 Posts sort date...(forgot the syntax)....then it wont crash
One mobile app I have used an invisible scrollbar, but they changed it to a knob that doesn't have any effect until you tap the scrollbar area, then appears and acts like a scrollbar.
I always used the wheel, with dynamic velocity, but I've been on a cellphone for over a year; the newest webpages may have removed the (usually too wide) scrollbar ugliness.
