@Tinkeringbell Thanks for your instruction. However, I did not mean a specific issue on a specific post. I think moderators cannot (or better to say, do not want to) do some required actions. I think even CMs would not help me, maybe because they are super-busy.

If you already have declined flags, meta discussion etc, you don't need to flag more, you can submit all that using the contact-us option outlined there.
@Tinkeringbell If I flag one of my Meta SE post (about a feature-request), then can you yourself escalate it for staff attention, or it may need the other moderators' approvals?
@Later We don't generally 'escalate' flags, we just leave the ones we can't handle for CMs. But you might want to consider going through contact-us anyways: It sounds like your problem is bigger than fits in the narrow character limit of a mod-only flag on MSE, especially since you talk about multiple sites/users/moderators... That sounds like you've got a lot of things to submit for investigation.
If the problem is that big, a single flag is likely to be declined as 'not needing moderator intervention' or 'found no evidence'.

SE has had rogue moderators, but their count can be done by a hand. SE has had many, many people claiming mods abused their privileges although it was just mods doing their jobs

@M.A.R. I never claimed that the moderators had abused their privileges. However, I think that some things, which I prefer not to talk about them, should be radically changed.
@ArtOfCode I am working on a big PR right now to address all of the fixes needed for licensing, which includes addressing it for this case (and others like url rewrites) to make sure that they dont show up as new licensed revisions. So as soon as that gets finished and approved, will be updated here.
@ArtOfCode and not worth doing a hot fix not to show it on the timeline, because it will not address cases where the post license is changed because of it (that is where the bulk of my work is right now)
@JohnDvorak A dupehammer wielder in the relevant could fix it, but people don't really go out looking for them. If they're bumped organically they can be fixed if they're noticed.
It's not too big a deal, though. So long as the dupe target link is there, it'll still relay the relevant information :D

Hi, I didn't know that messages from feeds don't count as "activity" when deleting a room for 7 days of inactivity, so this room got frozen: chat.stackexchange.com/rooms/108263/hot-network-questions. Because of this happening (...the chat FAQ didn't say this) I searched on Meta about it and found that someone asked in 2014 if feeds count, and the answer was "no". Now that I know this I can put a bot in there to make sure it stays open, but is there anyway to get the room undeleted?
@Daniil If you are able to undelete it, and this one too: chat.stackexchange.com/transcript/108268, that would be very appreciated. I invited Generic Bot to all my rooms, but didn't know that I have to contact the owner to make sure they accept the invitation (I thought it would automatically accept the invitation). I know I have another room for Bonties, but the deleted one is actually the one I want for Bounties, while the other one was created to test things, and talk about it.
