@canon I understand the anger... and I'd understand 'I wouldn't want to work here'. But please don't tell people how they should react to this. It's already hard enough to find the time/air/breathing room to process stuff sometimes in times like this, having a mob shouting a certain course of action to you often doesn't help.

The agreement post just was a mess of personal attacks. Please don't do personal attacks, tell employees they should be fired or resign, or that they're evil incarnate.

Don't shoot the messenger. Anger is okay, but within limits, we still have a policy of Be Nice, and that goes for telling people/SE you're mad at them too.

Oh... and do try to not spread any 'fake news', 'rumours', 'gossip', be careful of which thoughts you put into words... people *will* pick up on them, and if something is stated often enough, some unaware user is going to see it as a fact and then we end up cleaning that up and asking people not to spread lies and ugh....

(We didn't have to suspend for that).

i mean... don't confuse "fake news" with news you simply can't confirm.

Another big problem was people asking about/ reposting screenshots of about everything deleted. If you have privileges and see something that's deleted which you think shouldn't be, your first action is to flag for moderator attention.

Your second would be to write a meta focusing on the bigger problem, preferably *without* a screenshot or only the relevant bits.
