Those requests were some of many very conservative attempts from years gone by. All asking for even the most basic query tree. Taking a single consolidated approach saves all the repeated efforts of trying to address them separately. Note we can limit the scope to users' own query lists (not the site-wide query search) so as not to get bogged down in deeper network issues.
