@forest K is shortcut for tpu- which is True Positive User, which means the report was indeed spam or offensive, and user should be blacklisted, and the minus means silent, i.e. no feedback from Smokey as result

I don't think it'd be a problem in an avatar. In order to trigger seizures, it needs to fill up a significant portion of an epileptic's visual field (e.g. a TV screen or at a rave).

@Tinkeringbell Yes, a recent answer had VTCs coming in and I was rushing to answer because I felt it was a good question (possibly misunderstood, partly due to the author's confusion about a difficult subject - black holes). I answered simply and quickly, scoring an upvote and choosen answer.
